Join us for a lunchtime session on 2 May on ‘The Neuroscience of Music Therapy’, hosted by Northern Ireland Music Therapy Trust, along with our resident Psychiatrist, Dr Michael Nicholson. This event is suitable for anyone interested in finding out more about music therapy as a clinical intervention, and the evidence behind why it is so effective. In memory of the late Leonard Pugh and in recognition of his lifetime contribution to Music in Northern Ireland, Every Day Harmony will provide two Northern Ireland students with a bursary of £3,000 each towards the cost of a ‘Masters in Music Therapy’.

Joe Walsh - one off acoustic performance
Having been based in New Zealand for almost 2 decades, Bangor native Joe Walsh returns for a special one off acoustic performance at the Court House on Sat 7 September 2024. Forging an award winning career as singer/guitarist of Auckland rock band 'Ekko Park' and as guitar player for Kiwi icons 'Jordan Luck Band' & 'Gin Wigmore', Joe will be bringing his songs and stories to The Court House to raise funds for Every Day Harmony Music Therapy.
Every Day Harmony greatly appreciates this very generous gift, which will certainly help to change lives for the better using the power of music.

In memory of the late Leonard Pugh and in recognition of his lifetime contribution to Music in Northern Ireland, Every Day Harmony has presented two Northern Ireland students with a bursary of £3,000 each towards the cost of a ‘Masters in Music Therapy’.
Timera McGuigan (Limerick University) and Roisin Monaghan (Limerick University) each received their Bursary from John McCart (Chair) on 9 August 2023, in the Every Day Harmony office in Carryduff. In attendance at the presentation were John McCart (Chair), Anne Walsh (CEO), Julie Allen (Music Therapy Manager) and Sandra Kilpatrick (Office Manager).
Every Day Harmony will be choosing two more students next year to receive the £3,000 Bursary.

Aoife O’ Reilly (Limerick University) and Madeline McDowell (University of South Wales) each received their Bursary from John McCart (Chair) on 15 September 2022, in the Every Day Harmony office in Carryduff. In attendance at the presentation was Julie Allen (Music Therapy Manager) Patricia O’Callaghan (Board Member) and Anne Walsh (CEO).
Every Day Harmony will be choosing two more students for the next two each years to receive the £3,000 Bursary.
