We are seeking a motivated, creative and hands-on Income Generation Lead to grow and diversify our fundraising income across Northern Ireland.
Location: Carryduff, hybrid working
Salary: £29,000 – £36,000
Contract: 18-month fixed term
Northern Ireland Music Therapy Trust has been delivering specialist music therapy services across Northern Ireland since 1990. Our vision has remained consistent, to ensure that every child, young person and adult can access the level of music therapy support that meets their individual needs.
Today, the organisation provides music therapy services across all five Health and Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland, working in hospitals, schools, day centres, care homes and forensic settings. The charity employs twelve salaried therapists supported by a small corporate services team.
Northern Ireland Music Therapy Trust is entering an exciting new phase, with refreshed branding launching in early 2026, and renewed focus on growth and sustainability. This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity to play a central part in shaping and delivering the organisation’s income generation activity during this period of development.
The focus of the role will be on developing non-specified income streams through a range of fundraising activities, including but not limited to corporate partnerships, community fundraising, events, payroll giving, and digital campaigns. You will work closely with the Chief Executive and wider team to plan and deliver fundraising activity that engages supporters, builds long-term relationships, and generates sustainable income to support our services.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable fundraising, sales, or account management experience.
- Strong project management skills and ability to deliver against income targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Budgetary management and financial reporting experience
Remuneration & Benefits
