Northern Ireland Music Therapy Trust invites tenders from suitably qualified providers for the provision of bookkeeping services.

Reference:  NIMTT25

Scope of Services:
- Invoice processing (approx. 50 per month)
- Accounting software management
- Monthly financial reporting
- Bank reconciliation and VAT reporting

Contract Period:
12 months with possible 12-month extension

Instructions to Tenderers:
- Submit proposals by the deadline of 28^th November 2025
- Include company/individual profile, experience, methodology, and pricing
- Provide two client references

Procurement Timetable:
- Tender release: 15^th October 2025
- Deadline for questions: 14^th November 2025
- Submission deadline: 28^th November 2025
- Evaluation period: 28^th November – 5^th December 2025
- Award notification: 8^th December 2025

Terms and Conditions:
This tender is subject to the Procurement Act 2023 and public procurement policies in Northern Ireland.
