Northern Ireland Music Therapy Trust invites tenders from suitably qualified providers for the provision of bookkeeping services.

Scope of Services:
– Invoice processing (approx. 50 per month)
– Accounting software management
– Monthly financial reporting
– Bank reconciliation and VAT reporting

Contract Period:
12 months with possible 12-month extension

Instructions to Tenderers:
– Submit proposals by the deadline of 28^th November 2025
– Include company/individual profile, experience, methodology, and pricing
– Provide two client references

Procurement Timetable:
– Tender release: 15^th October 2025
– Deadline for questions: 14^th November 2025
– Submission deadline: 28^th November 2025
– Evaluation period: 28^th November – 5^th December 2025
– Award notification: 8^th December 2025

Terms and Conditions:
This tender is subject to the Procurement Act 2023 and public procurement policies in Northern Ireland.
